Job Description
Requirements:
5 years of experience in Supplier Control QA / Project Management / R&D Handling. Experienced in quality supply management. Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in related science field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin). Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Experienced in R&D / project handling. Familiarity with MS Office and proficiency in documentation, including creating and improving documents. Good in urgency handling. Hardworking, and problem-solving and strong decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct supplier audits and manage the qualification process to ensure compliance with company standards. Source new materials and identify potential suppliers to support business needs and innovation. Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports and documentation related to supplier performance and activities. Handle supplier complaints effectively, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions. Monitor and analyze supplier performance regularly to support continuous improvement initiatives. Assess supplier-related risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure supply chain stability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
