: Supplier Quality Executive

Key Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager in establishing, reviewing, and maintaining ISO documents, SOPs, and quality records. Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System at all times. Monitor supplier performance and drive improvement initiatives to meet company standards. Conduct supplier quality audits and collaborate with suppliers to enhance their processes and product quality. Maintain quality consistency as per the Certificate of Analysis (COA). Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Benchmark company standards against suppliers in material quality matters. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all hygiene-related regulations. Ensure effective internal and external communication to keep stakeholders informed. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Head of Department.

Experience Desired:

Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Experience in supplier quality management within the process manufacturing industry. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Values: Hard work, excellence, honesty, positivity, and teamwork. Must be a Malaysian citizen.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
