supports daily supply chain and logistics operations by handling administrative tasks related to procurement, inventory, production coordination, and delivery documentation. This role ensures smooth information flow between suppliers, production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process
purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), invoices, and shipping documents
Coordinate with
suppliers, production, warehouse, and logistics providers
on delivery schedules
Update and maintain
inventory records, stock movement, and supplier data
in the system
Track incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods
Assist in
procurement follow-ups
and supplier communication
Support
production planning
by updating material availability and lead times
Prepare
basic supply chain and inventory reports
Handle general administrative duties related to supply chain operations
Ensure documentation compliance with
food manufacturing and internal procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in
Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate in
English & Bahasa Malaysia
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
