Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION *
- Plan and develop strategies and initiative for Agility/Supply Chain Programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute action plans in driving towards specific targets and objectives for Agility.
- Initiate and negotiate with the suppliers to support Agility and assist in resolving issues raised by the suppliers.
- Act as subject matter expert for Agility, and provide trainings and guidance to SAP plants, suppliers and other relevant parties.
- Work with Corporate Team and other business partners to improve processes and enhance Agility Systems as needed.
- Liaising, managing and handling critical shortages, rejected cancel, push out activities and SAP issues impacting the supply chain continuity amicably with the supplier\xe2\x80\x99s managerial staff, site materials team and GSCO team (GSM/CSCM).
- At least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies /Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Preferable with 2-3 years of working experience in EMS/OEM relating to Materials/Purchasing/Supply Chain.
- Knowledge in Excel, Words and Power Point Presentation.
- Effective communication skills and strong analytical skills are essential.
- Demonstrate a high degree of personal integrity, self-motivation, persistent and dependability, attention to details, accuracy and timely performance.
