We are looking for : Supply Chain Analyst - ASP Region
Location : Kuala Lumpur

Support management of the SCCP (Supply Chain Control Program) to ensure suppliers are in compliance with JLL and Client requirements in the country and region. The SCCP forms a critical component of the vendor management system.


Leads sourcing activities for Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore covering a variety of facility maintenance services. This includes vendor sourcing, carrying out RFI\'s, tenders and establishing contracts as per the established procurement process and systems.

Develops the yearly sourcing strategy and drive the implementation to achieve the desired cost savings.

Builds and maintains an Approved Vendor List covering all service scopes for the geography covered utilizing the Supplier Pre-Qualification process.

Provides support to the operation teams on supply chain issues. Takes an active role in achieving effective resolutions.

Drives the vendor performance evaluation via scheduled surveys and participates actively in Quarterly Business Reviews with key vendors. At the same time, the incumbent is expected to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Maintains vendor database and contract repository ensuring accurate and updated information is available.

Skills
Has good knowledge in procurement processes

Good inter-personal, organizational skills and strong project management ability

Good communication skills both written and oral. Proficient in other non-English languages be an advantage

Excellent PC skills, proficient in all MS applications-must be able to learn and use different systems/tools

Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in any field with minimum of 3-5 years experience in a procurement role

Comprehensive knowledge of general corporate business practice, commercial contracting regulations and principles and risk management practices

Carries out analysis and reporting throughout the life cycle of the supplier relationships. This includes administrative functions such as data collection, report generation, stakeholder management and management of risk and compliance matters.

Ensures the data repository is up to date and accurate.

To be a point of reference on the SCCP program requirements for all stakeholders.
