• Possess good problem-solving, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.

• Prepare reports and updates as and when required.
• Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules for goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quantity and quality.
• Track the status of purchase orders.
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications.
• Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues.
• Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects.
• Arrange oversea and local shipment for materials and components to complete finished goods.
• Act as an interface between suppliers and external forwarder on arranging shipment processes.
• Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal system.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
