Job Description

Lead the sourcing/commodity team from project start to completion, ensuring cost targets and timelines are met. Manage RFQ activities, cost studies, supplier comparisons, vendor proposals, and new supplier onboarding. Plan and execute RFQ strategies; support cost negotiations and annual cost-reduction initiatives. Attend internal and customer meetings to support project requirements. Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives. Analyse and monitor commodity market trends.

Job Requirements



Degree in Business, Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in Sourcing or Supply Chain within EMS/Manufacturing. Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Able to work in

Senai, Johor.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
