Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Powerpoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage due to communication with overseas suppliers.
Experience in import/export coordination and shipping documentation is an advantage
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day supply chain activities across Procurement, Factory, Warehouse, Delivery, and Fulfillment in accordance with established procedures.
Assist the Manager in tracking operational progress, KPIs, and follow-up actions across departments.
Support procurement planning and supplier coordination to ensure materials are available on time.
Liaise with Factory to monitor production schedules and highlight potential delays.
Coordinate with Warehouse on inventory movement, stock accuracy, and basic inventory controls.
Support delivery and fulfillment activities to ensure orders are completed according to schedule.
Assist in maintaining and updating SOPs and ISO-related documentation for supply chain processes.
Prepare basic operational reports and KPI updates for management review.
Support system and process improvements, including ERP implementation and workflow optimization.
Perform other supply chain-related duties as assigned by the Manager.
