We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.Responsibilities:Plans and coordinates end-to-end supply chain planning, including when goods should be produced and in what quantity, while optimizing the balance between customer delivery requirements and inventory levels. Interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Production, R&D, Finance, Materials, Logistics, Service Part Organization, Customer Service and contract manufacturers (CM) and original design manufacturers (ODM) to compile, develop, validate and communicate production/shipment plans and associated strategies that support overall business objectives. Uses enterprise resource planning (ERP) system(s) for processes such as inventory tracking, supplier scheduling, process and workflow management, etc. Establishes and manages relationships with suppliers/partners. May be responsible for coordinating new product introduction (NPI), product transfer and new supply chain setup including assuring materials, labor and test capacity are in place to meet volume production. May have global or multi-site inventory management responsibilities. May partner with Sales and Marketing to develop factory support processes for indirect channels and worldwide customer escalations.

• Analyzing data to identify areas of planning operations to improve efficiency.
• Developing and generating reports to present data findings to users / stakeholders.
• Ensuring the quality and integrity of data by implementing data quality methodologies and best practices.
• Working with cross-functional teams to support business processes and strategic projects to enhance planning operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Degree in fields such as Computer Science, Data Science will be added advantage.
• Typically 1-2 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
