General Summary Of Position This role will be a member of Deliver BI and Analytics Team and provide analytical and business intelligence support to Logistics and Warehouse teams within the Deliver function. You will be participating in the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. used to drive key business decisions related to warehouse network optimization, mapping out a sustainability roadmap for Deliver and assisting in developing a framework for effective contract management. What would your role look like Reporting to Assoc Director, ASC Business Intelligence, you will be: Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data with a focus on Logistics and Warehouse systems. Responsible for working collaboratively with other Deliver team members to apply established and create new analytical processes on diverse datasets to deduce insights and solve real-world business problems. Leverages data analytics tools to create new dashboards, reports, and any additional ad-hoc requests. Executes existing reporting and analytical responsibilities. Ensures the quality of work output by displaying a keen attention to detail. Presents findings in easily understood ways, focuses on how the data analytics fits into the bigger picture. Engages in process design and improvement initiatives within the Deliver functions by utilizing Lean and Six Sigma principles. Support business acceptance testing, and system validation activities as requested in the transportation and warehousing areas. What you will bring: A bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or any related field Min 4 years of experience in supply chain supporting role(s) in a dynamic and highly matrixed organization, performing analysis of areas such as inbound/outbound transportation, and/or warehousing Strong interest in data analysis, ability to handle large data sets and make actionable recommendations. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead and be a part of large project teams, entrepreneurial mindset with high accountability and self-motivation. Multi-tasking with tight deadlines, exceptional attention to details, demonstrate calmness under stress and uncertainty. Experience in leading or participating in process improvement initiatives preferably using tools and methodologies related to Lean and Six Sigma Skilled in data mining, performing quantitative analysis, generating formatted reports that are user friendly Excellent knowledge of Power BI as a dashboarding and reporting tool Proficiency in Ms Excel, Power point and Ms Word Proficiency in writing SQL queries, Python Green belt certification in Lean and Six Sigma (Desirable) What you can expect from Ansell: Work for a world leader in the health and safety protection solutions industry.
