Job Description

:
Document circulation with internal & external.
Faxing of daily operational documents
Distribution of faxes to respective personnel.
Responsible for filing.
Send Purchase Orders to vendor
General office duties as assigned by Manager or Senior Supply Officer.
Handling of reject documents from IQA.
Prepare excel pro-forma invoice
Prepare courier AWB - DHL, UPS, TNT, etc
Filing for supply chain dept
Administrative tasks - Send document for internal approval - Collect documents from main office trays
Email drawing to suppliers
Prepare LMW reports
Stock take analysis
Vendor performance update
Maintain MR & RMN
Transfer planned production orders
Send VMC & VMI forecast to suppliers
Send usage reports
Scan & email invoices to customers
Generate subcontractor PO & email/fax to subcontractors
Issue indirect PO
Email suppliers' reports - backorder report.
Daily inventory report
Scrap sales witness

Job Requirement :
SPM
Basic computer skills - MS Office (Excel, Words, Power Point)

Key Result Area ( KRA ) :
Documentation circulation within 2 working days upon received.
Document filling within 2 working days upon received.
