- Manage the execution of sourcing requirement as according to the Petronas Procurement Standard (PPS) & Shell\xe2\x80\x99s Category Management & Contracting Process (CMCP) including Contract Strategy, Tactics and Contract Management activities for the assigned contract portfolio and collaborate with:
strategies driving towards value maximization. [Pre-Award Phase] 2. Internal (Shell) & external (Suppliers) stakeholders in ensuring delivery of
maximum value via each of the awarded contract/commercial deal. [Post -
Award Phase]
- Responsible for contracting materials and/or services.
- Develop supply chain and contract strategies with the business within the boundaries of the overarching Category Strategy set by the Category Manager.
- Tender and negotiate contracts, invite and evaluate bids.
- Clarify terms and conditions.
- Award contracts.
- Deliver Contract Management support to the Contract Holder.
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Business Admin or etc
- Must have minimal 8 years of professional CP experience, with a preference for large, global organizational experience.
- Experience with the subject Category/Market Sector.
- Experience with the European Tender process is a pr\xc3\xa9.
- Sound oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month Benefits:
