Within the Global Procurement Plus organization delivering for Accenture internal client, the External Talent (ET)* Supply Chain Commercials & Insights Lead will be defining, designing, evolving & innovating on supply chain commercials and external talent data insights.
ET is responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and this role will support global supplier commercials strategy and monitoring.
In addition, ET is responsible to support global and local strategy, initiatives & implementations. This role will be pivotal to support project management of deployments, ensuring the project leads inputs and updates are completed on a timely basis.
This role requires a self-starter, comfortable with working independently as well as within the team, and with the aptitude to evolve the areas of responsibility.

Supply Chain Commercials:
Define the Supply Chain Commercial model in alignment with global and regional P+ and strategic goals for ET
Design a Supply Chain Commercials model in line with market and global Strategy Leads expectations
Evolve the Supply Chain Commercials model in discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
Co-create the Supply Chain Commercials model with the P+ Delivery team s involvement, bearing in mind practicalities for execution
Collaborate with all ET MU Leads and members
Leverage industry & market information to inform ET Supply Chain Commercials strategy
Lead and participate in innovative initiatives
Reporting Insights:
Maintain established reporting products, such as Excel reports, SharePoint sites, PowerBI or QlikView dashboards, and Data lake tables.
Collaborate with Integrated Planning Team to define a common reporting and analytics strategy for all insights required. These could be related to supplier cost, skills offered, rates negotiated, performance and spend
Design and develop relevant reporting tools for global consumption, ensuring local teams can benefit from usage
Evolve existing products to be best in class, learning from internal and external stakeholders to create tools that take our insights capabilities to the next level
Work across ET strategy team, Delivery team and Operations Data/Analytics team to minimise duplication of effort (tools, reports, data) and align/combine tools where feasible
Ensure all tools and data ET uses and integrates with is aligned to ET strategy, e.g., Workday supplier performance
Work with CIO Corporate Platforms Analytics (CPA) teams to maintain and evolve products or tools they support/develop.
External Talent Initiatives
Support ongoing ET programs and initiatives, follow up on open items and close with relevant teams
Liaise with team project leads to ensure they are tracking to time
Report on project progress under RAG structure. Identify blockers and work with the team lead to resolve or escalate to senior leadership
Identify where projects need support, resources, funds and report on this to operating/steering committee or senior stakeholder leads
Maintain progress documentation and communicate to ET/stakeholders in a visually engaging way
Evolve the PMO structure with the input of the Strategy and Integrated Talent Planning leads
Proactively schedule meetings and engagement opportunities keep on track
Engage with P+ PMO leads to align and evolve methodologies.
Deploy & adhere to global procurement process
Support development of global end-to-end procurement process, templates and tools
Modify local processes, as required, to meet regional or global category specific requirements
Ensure the highest level of compliance with local legislations, regulations and Accenture policies
Team Cohesiveness
Participate actively in ET Regional & Global sessions and foster team spirit at local level
Manage community: Schedule team meetings, encourage synergies and knowledge sharing
Actively participate in ET community calls
Travel:
This role may require travel, globally.
Most of the time, the role is home-based.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of the ET industry and commercial models
Advanced in analytics: data, reporting, information tools and capabilities
Strong project and process management and proven planning and PMO capabilities. Knowledge of project management software, e.g., Microsoft Project, could be a bonus
Strong in supplier management as well as stakeholder and relationship management
Knowledge of procurement and category strategy development
Strong capability to independently interact throughout the broader Accenture organization
Strong analytical, presentation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
Strong knowledge of procurement tools content and data analysis
Forward thinking, innovative and disruptive mindset
Action oriented and solution minded team player with high degree of self-management
Comfortable working in a multicultural, diverse, matrix type organisation and liaising with all levels
Fluent in spoken and written English
Experience & Qualifications:
Working experience in ET industry, with Procurement & Talent (people) experience
Ability to work with a team to understand requirements and develop strategies to meet those requirements
Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders that have resulted in high customer satisfaction
A bachelor s degree with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, procurement, talent or comparable professional education and a proven multi-year track record in the above areas
