Job Description

Location : Senai, JohorSales & Logistics Coordination

• Receive Sales Order and prepare Order Acknowledgement.
• Communicate with customer (Bact AB) sales team for any issue arise on the sales order.
• Escalate the sales order details to Warehouse for FG and raw materials availability, with Production for production planning (if needed).
• Ensure the sales order summary been updated and recorded.
• Coordinating the import and export shipments.
• Communicate and liaise will customer and shipping agent for the appropriate shipping method, shipping terms and shipping cost.
• Negotiate rates with the forwarding agent.
• Ensure goods are delivered to customers in a timely manner as per customers\' requirements.
• Communicate with Production team for the sterilization arrangement and communicate with sterilization supplier for the booking & schedule.
• Arrange land transport for pickup and collection for the sterilization.
• Responsible to be as an administrator for the systems related to inventory management.
• Support Warehouse supervisor for the preparation of shipping documents such as Packing List, Invoice, Kastam GPB form and others.

Kastam Related

• Responsible for LMW license renewal.
• Liaise with KASTAM for any Kastam requirement on the import & export shipment, applications of any exemptions and etc.

Supplier Control (law Materials

• Monitoring Supplier Quarterly Performance by updating the Supplier Rating Data.
• Distribute the Supplier Rating Letter in quarterly basis.
• Conduct the Annual Supplier Evaluation and update the Approved Supplier List (ASL).
• Represent SCM for the Material Review Board (MRB) meeting.

Requirement

• Possesses Bachelor Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or related field
• Open for fresh graduate with relevant experience during internship
