Position : Supply Chain Specialist ( Immediate Hiring)

Tenure : 1 year contract - Renewable basis

Working Location : Damanasara Uptown, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Hour : Standard

Salary : RM 3200 - RM 5000

Lead in secures supply chain of Packaging Material and Additional Material order fulfilment: Order management, design. administration, invoicing, claim administration, logistics. Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement on Packaging Material and Additional Material supply chain service level. Executes all order management and design administration activities (transactional). Secures supply chain PM / AM order fulfillment for on time & in full Secures claim administration for Packaging Material and Additional Material (Credit Notes). Manage demand in collaboration with factory planners and logistics team. Drive efficient Vendor Managed Replenishment to secure minimal finished goods stock. Provides supply chain expertise to support new product development / launch. Participates in WCM teams and drive continuous improvements

Job Requirement

Required knowledge of order management of product sales. 2 years operational experience in the area of expertise. Bachelor Degree in logistics, supply chain or business administration as a merit. Prefer skill on Excel VBA, power BI, power automate Experience on SAP system operation, at least 2 years Excellent on Microsoft excel, good on word, PPT Good written English skills Strong administrative and planning skills as well as the ability to prioritize.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
