Job description o Evaluate suppliers using cost-quality-delivery framework. o Handle RFQ, BOM cost analysis, negotiation, contract terms. o Drive supplier qualification, PPAP, sample approval. o Monitor supplier KPI: OTD, PPM, NCR resolution. o Local sourcing and alternative material development. o Support cost reduction while maintaining technical feasibility.
Requirements o Diploma/Bachelor in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Supply Chain. o 2-5 years experience in sourcing, supplier development, procurement or supplier quality or industrial engineering. o Familiar with supplier qualification tools, cost analysis and sourcing strategies. o Strong negotiation, commercial awareness, technical reading ability. o Excellent communication in English and Mandarin. o Data-driven, proactive, organized.
