Role Responsibility

Understand the logic of Supply Chain EDI transactions and monitor daily transactions with multiple suppliers through EDI.
Resolve transaction errors immediately by working with Suppliers in Asia, as well as IT Support Teams in India and US.
Maintain inventory accuracy at suppliers and address any inventory variances.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for EDI Errors and Inventory variances to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
Liaison with IT team to Drive improvements to the transaction processes.

Role Requirements

Preferably candidates with Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting IT or Operations.
Preferably candidates with minimum 1 year working experience in Supply Chain/Operations/Procurement/Planning/Inventory management roles.
Preferably candidates with minimum of 2 years experience in an IT or auditing role.
Preferably candidates with proficiency in SQL, BQ and Javascript.
Familiarity with Supply Chain operations and EDI transaction logic.
Attention to detail and ability to quickly find anomalies.
Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
Advanced skills in use of spreadsheets /Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
Able to travel for 1 week a month to local countries to meet stakeholders.
