Support supply chain operations to ensure smooth movement of products from suppliers to customers
Review stock levels and propose replenishment plans
Coordinate distribution and logistics with third-party service providers
Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, and forwarding agents on shipments and documentation
Issue purchase orders and follow up on operational and logistics matters
Ensure accurate shipment data entry in SAP (invoices, credit notes, debit notes)
Review duty and SST payments to ensure customs compliance
Resolve customer supply issues and document material returns
Monitor slow-moving and obsolete stock and coordinate actions with Sales and Marketing
Conduct stock counts and prepare related reports
Complete month-end closing activities and prepare reports (purchase, shipment forecast, KPI)
Support ISO, QMS, EMS, and OHSMS implementation and compliance
Implement best practices in supply chain and logistics activities
Assist management with ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations support
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
Basic knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, duty, and SST
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
Good communication skills and able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
