The Difference You Will Make:



As a Supply Chain Executive, you'll ensure the seamless flow of goods to support Lee's mission of food equality, enabling millions to access affordable, quality food across Southeast Asia. By managing purchase orders, coordinating logistics, and optimizing inventory, you'll drive operational efficiency. Leveraging tools like ERP systems and artificial intelligence, you'll collaborate with forwarders, warehouse teams, and internal departments to maintain a robust supply chain, supporting both local and export operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Purchase Order Management

: Monitor, follow up, open, and close purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely fulfillment.

Warehouse Coordination

: Arrange container warehouse logistics, plan unloading, and monitor inventory until containers are empty.

Order Forecasting

: Forecast incoming and upcoming orders to optimize supply chain flow.

Reporting

: Generate daily reports on incoming shipments, damaged/not damaged (DND) items, warehouse arrangements, pending unloads, and receiving status.

Receiving Process

: Process receiving upon warehouse reports and handle GP approvals for purchase order release forms (PORF).

Forwarder Liaison

: Obtain shipping quotations, liaise with forwarders, and maintain liner website accounts.

Payment and Documentation

: Follow up on payments, document collection, and cash flow with the treasury team.

Document Management

: Request K1 forms, prepare packing lists for TN (manual and GP system), update/maintain master files, and upload documents to shared folders.

Local Order Management

: Follow up on schedules, arrange incoming orders for the warehouse, and complete receiving processes.

Import/Export Operations

: Manage imports via ocean, air freight, or land transport, including schedule follow-ups, forwarder coordination, shipment documentation checks, bank advisories, permit applications, insurance purchases, duty approvals, haulage tracking, and arranging original documents with forwarders.

Export to Sabah & Sarawak

: Apply for permits and Veterinary Health Certificates (VHC) and arrange DHL courier services.

License Renewal

: Coordinate annual renewals for import/export licenses (LKIM, meat, milk, chicken).

Cost Control

: Manage EDND, logistic cost control, and claims to optimize expenses.

Meeting Participation

: Attend supply chain team meetings (weekly) to align on goals and share updates.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles in retail or FMCG preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply. Experience with import/export processes and warehouse operations is an advantage. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Strong planning and organizational skills for managing purchase orders and logistics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with forwarders, teams, and external stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving skills for forecasting, cost control, and process optimization. Knowledge of import/export regulations, permits, and documentation processes. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Independent yet collaborative, with strong team-building and coordination skills. Committed to meeting KPIs, deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality. Passionate about food equality and ensuring efficient supply chains for affordable food access. Willing to travel outstation or overseas as required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
