Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm Alternative Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Manage shipment flows for export and import activities, ensuring adherence to compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the shipment process. Coordinate closely to facilitate seamless shipment processes from factory to customer destinations. Track and maintain comprehensive records of shipment schedules and data, providing timely updates and information to customers. Monitor and analyse shipment performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare regular reports on shipment activities and performance metrics for management review and strategic decision-making. Analysing data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Implementing inventory control measures and conducting regular stock audits.
