Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

1. Able to handle export and import shipments out and in from Malaysia. Handling local deliveries across states as well.

2. Able to work closely with port personal (Northport and Westport) to solve daily issues for haulage.

3. Work closely with operation team to ensure on-time shipment documentation.

4. Work closely external parties (forwarding agent) to ensure on-time custom clearance and delivery. Cross checking all the relevant documents for customs declaration.

5. Manage dispute, continuous driving quality performance of vendors, suppliers and subcontractor

6. Manage, analyse, and resolve transactional issues that may prevent on time shipments to avoid additional charges.

7. Handle ad-hoc task as required by Superior from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.

2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English to liaise with associates

3. No work experience required.

4. Logistics/Supply Chain or any related/supporting fields pertaining to Supply Chain will be an added advantage.

5. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.

6. Self-motivated and good interpersonal skill

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
