• Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English/Bahasa Malaysia.
• Having knowledge about cosmetics, skincare, hair care and perfumes.
• Responsible and work well in team.
• Positive thinker with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work both independently, lead the team and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Computer literate, particularly in MS Office - Word, Excel.

• Supervise and manage Inbound and Outbound, day to day activities in the warehouse.
• Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and efficiency.
• Execute strategy to increase operation efficiency and cost reduction.
• Create and update workflow and SOP of warehouse operation.
• Oversee the daily administrative activities, including reporting, incoming and outgoing shipments, and stock control.
• Monitor and track the movement of stock on a daily basis.
• Monitoring Inventory by using company systems, ensure real time update.
• Collaborate and Undertake ad-hoc assignments with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Manage arrivals and shipments of goods.
• Allocate stock for online and offline event purposes.
