About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Supply Chain Executive

to support and coordinate our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role involves procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate procurement activities, including issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and following up with suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and plan stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock. Work closely with warehouse teams on receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics partners. Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery orders, and invoices. Track supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues. Conduct stock checks and support inventory reconciliation. Maintain accurate supply chain data in ERP/Inventory systems. Prepare supply chain and inventory reports for management. Support process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics. Good understanding of supply chain processes and documentation. Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage. Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas). Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
