About the Role

We are a Singapore-based business managing physical products, warehousing, and online sales.

This role

fully owns

:

Purchasing & supplier management Logistics & shipment tracking Warehouse organisation & stock accuracy E-commerce sales execution (Shopee, Carousell, etc.)
You are

not an admin

You are responsible for

smooth operations and hitting sales targets

.

What You Will Be Responsible For1. Purchasing & Supplier Management

Create and track purchase orders (POs) Communicate with suppliers (mainly China & local) Compare pricing, lead times, and MOQs Handle damaged, missing, or wrong items Negotiate refunds, replacements, or credits
2. Logistics & Shipping

Track all inbound shipments (local & overseas) Follow up on delays, damages, and customs issues Coordinate with freight forwarders and couriers Keep shipment tracker updated at all times
3. Warehouse & Inventory Management

Design a

clean and organised warehouse layout

Implement SKU labels, racks, and storage zones Track stock in and out Monthly stock checks and variance reports Train warehouse staff on proper storage and SOPs

Quarterly:


You will travel to

Singapore (company-paid)

to:

Audit warehouse stock Review operations Improve systems and processes
4. E-commerce Store Operations & Sales

Platforms include:

Shopee Carousell Other assigned marketplaces
Your responsibilities:

Create and optimise product listings Manage pricing, bundles, and promotions Ensure stock availability and order fulfilment Reply to customer enquiries and manage ratings Track sales performance

Sales Target:



SGD 50,000/month total revenue

across platforms
Reporting

Weekly operations and sales report Clear tracking of: Purchases Shipments Stock levels Online sales vs target
You report to the directly to the CEO.

Requirements (Must Have)

Fluent in

English and Mandarin

Based in

Malaysia or nearby GMT+8 country

3+ years experience in: Procurement, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations Comfortable dealing with suppliers and disputes Strong follow-up and organisation skills Able to work independently and take ownership
Nice to Have

Experience with China suppliers Experience managing Shopee or Carousell stores Familiar with inventory systems or Google Sheets
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Remote
