JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
Assist in demand forecasting and supply planning.
Monitor market trends and risks to ensure supply chain stability.
Support procurement activities including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure procurement complies with company policies and regulations.
Assist in logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Optimize transportation routes and methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams for smooth operations.
Negotiate contracts and rates with logistics providers.
Ensure logistics operations meet regulatory and industry standards.
Implement inventory control procedures and monitor stock levels.
Use inventory management systems to track and manage inventory.
Set and monitor supply chain performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify and implement improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Apply lean practices to reduce waste and improve processes.
Participate in cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier and operational risks.
Develop contingency plans and respond to supply chain disruptions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
Experience in medical device or electronics manufacturing is a plus.
Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and warehousing.
Familiar with regulatory and compliance standards.
Skilled in data analysis and process improvement.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in both Malay and English.
