Key Responsibilities

Responsible for Inbound & Outbound Logistics processing, arrange delivery schedule and work closely with internal (Sales, Planning, Production and QC team) to ensure shipment to customer in timely manner. Prepare weekly reports, e.g. stock aging report, costing model report, over due order report, credit hold report and delivery failure report and etc. To ensure accurate file record in documentation & data entry, Delivery Order & order relevant documentation. Overseeing transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods. Monitoring & ensure accuracy inventory levels to minimize shortages and excess stock. Attend any inquiry, feedback, or complaints on product and delivery issue and etc. Any other ad-hoc task as required by Superior from time to time.
Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain, Business or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in related field. Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, planning skills and documentation skills. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to work as team player, react quickly to changing priorities and results driven. Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
