Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage

delivery schedules

to ensure

on-time, accurate, and efficient shipments

to customers. Liaise and collaborate closely with

Sales, Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Quality

teams to support smooth order processing and fulfillment. Prepare, analyze, and maintain

weekly logistics and supply chain reports

, including but not limited to: Stock Aging Report Costing Model Report Overdue Order Report Credit Hold Report Delivery Failure Report Other relevant operational reports as required Ensure

accuracy, completeness, and compliance

of all logistics documentation, including

Delivery Orders, Shipping Documents, and Invoices

. Oversee

transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations

to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high service quality. Monitor

inventory levels

to prevent shortages or overstock situations and ensure optimal stock turnover. Handle and resolve

customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery-related issues

promptly and professionally. Identify opportunities for

process improvement

within logistics and supply chain functions. Support

ad hoc projects, audits, and administrative tasks

as assigned by the management or supervisor.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree

in

Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration

, or a related field. Minimum

3 years of working experience

in

logistics, supply chain operations, or planning

(manufacturing environment preferred). Strong

attention to detail

with excellent

organizational, analytical, and documentation

skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Office applications

, particularly

Excel

(pivot tables, formulas, and reporting). Good command of

Bahasa Malaysia

and

English

, both spoken and written. A

team player

with strong

communication and interpersonal

skills to coordinate effectively across departments. Able to work

independently

, prioritize multiple tasks, and perform well in a

fast-paced environment

. Experience with

ERP or inventory management systems

will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
