Key Responsibilities

Manage

inbound and outbound logistics

operations, including delivery scheduling, to ensure timely and accurate shipments to customers.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in

Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration

, or a related field. Minimum

3 years of relevant experience

in logistics or supply chain operations. Strong attention to detail with excellent

organizational, analytical, planning

, and

documentation

skills. Proficient in both

Bahasa Malaysia and English

(spoken and written). A team player with the ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and work independently when required. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry for all logistics processes, including

Delivery Orders and shipping documents

. Oversee

transportation, warehousing, and distribution

operations to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to reduce stock shortages and overages. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints related to

delivery and logistics issues

, ensuring timely resolution. Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
