Duties & Responsibilities

What you\'ll d0 -

• To support the department in achieving KPIs related to on time delivery to request and on time to promise to customers.

• To support process improvements in departmental project and improvement objectives.

• To work with the stakeholders to define and implement procedures, policies and documentation to support the continuous improvement in the factory production control and materials planning systems functions in the Sales and Operations Planning process.

• To support functional managers with operational work and administration

• To learn SAP and support supply chain operation.

• Support development of Smits Detection Malaysia logistics capabilities using both excel and Power BI dashboards

• Provide monthly KPI\'s and report on spend trends related to freight, supplier performance and OTD

• To support and participate in programs and projects such as Continuous Improvement, Kaizen etc.

• Comply with and ensure department compliance with Company health, safety and environmental policies.

• Comply with all applicable U.S. export control and security regulations
