Job Description

:

The Supply Chain Intern will support the supply chain and logistics team in daily operations, data analysis, and process improvement activities. The role provides exposure to end-to-end supply chain functions and an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring inventory levels and stock movement. Support in data entry, reporting, and analysis of supply chain performance. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments on delivery schedules and documentation. Assist in tracking shipments and resolving logistics-related issues. Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented and able to work independently with guidance.

Must be able to work in HQ at Bukit Raja 2
