Handle daily supply chain operations including order processing, delivery scheduling, and shipment tracking.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Monitor inventory levels, update stock records, and highlight low or excess stock situations.
Liaise with external parties including transporters, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with delivery terms.
Prepare and maintain accurate logistics and inventory documentation (e.g., DO, PO, invoice, GRN, etc.).
Assist in month-end inventory reporting and stock take activities.
Follow up on goods-in-transit, delivery delays, and resolve logistics issues.
Ensure proper filing and organization of all supply chain documents for audit purposes.
Support temporary replacement of responsibilities carried out by the permanent staff on maternity leave.
Any other duties as assigned by the Factory Manager.
