:



Research and reach out to suppliers based on company needs. Request and compare quotations to support cost-effective purchasing. Support the purchasing process -- from issuing requests to tracking deliveries. Update and maintain supplier lists and quotation records. Assist in supplier onboarding and ensure documents meet company policies. Handle administrative tasks like filing documents and checking invoices. Work with other teams (engineering, admin, project) to meet purchasing needs. Support improvement projects in procurement and reporting.

Job Requirements:



Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related fields. Open for

November & December 2025 internship intake.

Good in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized. Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to communicate in

English and Mandarin

(to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers). Eager to learn and able to work independently.
Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
