Job Description

This role will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain activities.

This role reports to the Managing Director and leading a team of 10-15 members.

• Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive end-to-end supply chain strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
• Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality raw materials and components.
• Inventory Control: Implement inventory management techniques to minimize holding costs while ensuring product availability to meet customer demand.
• Production Planning: Collaborate with production teams to optimize production schedules, capacity utilization, and resource allocation.
• Logistics and Distribution: Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery to customers.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control standards and processes throughout the supply chain.
• Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain and implement efficiency improvements.
• Risk Management: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain disruptions and uncertainties.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics tools to monitor supply chain performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and production, to ensure alignment and meet customer requirements.
• Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and sustainability initiatives.

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any related studies.
• 8-10 years\' experience in end-to-end supply chain field.
• Good in collaboration, influencing, negotiation, determination and resiliency.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong in analytical skills.
• Procifiency in MS Office.
