Our client is an established Japanese company specialised in food packaging solution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Company Business Natural: Food Packaging Solution
To overseeing overall supply chain function, which includes procurement, material planning, warehouse management, and logistics.
Develop strategy for material sourcing and purchasing and work closely with the regional team to implement internal initiatives and group strategies.
Evaluate, select, and onboard new suppliers.
Develop cost reduction strategy to meet competitive costs and maximize margin for all purchases.
Negotiate with suppliers to meet the requirements of pricing, quantity, quality, and other commercial terms.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure meeting the requirements of demand and customer satisfaction.
Prepare monthly reports that relate to procurement, warehouse, and inventory.
Ensure the work and documents of the team conform to ISO 9001.
Drive the team to meet the KPIs defined by management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Preferably Degree with 5-8 years experience in supply chain, procurement and purchasing functions.
Experience with Custom, MITI, MIDA, LMW requirements.
Experience in ISO requirements.
Experience in SAP/ERP.
