Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize efficiency and productivity. This role includes managing procurement, inventory, warehousing, distribution, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Monitor and manage the end-to-end supply chain process from procurement to delivery.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

Oversee inventory levels and implement effective inventory control systems. Ensure warehouses are efficiently managed and organized.

Procurement & Vendor Management

Source suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure best pricing and quality. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Logistics & Distribution

Plan and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products. Manage transportation costs and optimize delivery routes.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain team members. Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Production, and Finance to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

Reporting & Analysis

Monitor supply chain performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficient in supply chain software and MS Office. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
