Job Description

1. Report directly to a Managing Director 2. Responsible for planning and managing the supply chain management system with a leadership role in supporting business 3. Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies in order to achieve business objectives, improve business profitability and improve all supply chain functions including logistic function, warehousing, procurement systems, delivery and shipment, new product development, customs declaration, and company ERP system. 4. Manage the planning, administration, coordination and execution all activities for the company\'s material management and sourcing 5. Develop and evaluate vendor relationship and performance compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 , Business Code of Conduct and RBA/CSR requirements 6. Strive to identify and negotiate key cost savings opportunities 7. Based on customers forecast to optimize material level to meet company turnover rate target 8. Develop and execute a comprehensive end-to-end supply chain strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives. 9. Identify and select suppliers for raw materials. Ensure the selected suppliers meet quality and reliability standards. 10. Procure raw materials from the selected suppliers, ensuring they meet quality specifications and are delivered on time to avoid production delays. 11. Implement efficient inventory management systems to ensure a smooth supply while avoiding overstocking or shortages. 12. Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure on time and costeffective delivery to customers. 13. Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards. 14. Continually assess and optimize the manufacturing process for efficiency, cost reduction, and product quality improvement. 15. Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies and changing customer needs to adapt manufacturing processes accordingly. 16. Maintain a robust quality assurance program to continually monitor and improve product quality. Address any issues promptly and implement corrective actions.+ 17. Lead & drive stock count accuracy in warehouse. 18. Manage or optimize the warehouse storage. 19. Manage the Inventory on hand & Inventory turnover (Days) to meet the company goals. 20. Authority : I. Approve Supply Chain Management department leave and OT Form II. Verify the Supply Chain Management department documentation as final level Requirement: 1. Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Material Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; 2. More than 8 years\' experience in material management or senior sourcing / procurement management position 3. Collaboration, influencing, negotiation, determination and resiliency 4. Great leadership skill and withhold the highest standard of integrity. 5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain tools. 6. Planning, production, inventory controls & warehouse management. 7. Experience in ERP environment and well verse in LMW licensed compliance and requirement.
