Job description
This established Consumer MNC based in PJ is looking to hire an experienced Supply Chain Manager with strong communication and analytical skills. This role will be focusing on Inbound & Outbound Operations, Planning & Analysis and Supervisory Responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with freight forwarders and transportation companies to get best and affordable routes
- Planning and managing all activities related to sourcing and procurement of material and supplies needed to meet product demand
- Developing and implementing supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and customer demands
- Implementing and maintaining robust systems and procedures for order processing, inventory tracking and logistics management
- Holding a Degree in Supply Chain or relevant
- Have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in handling end to end supply chain and have been in a managerial role for 3-4 years
- Knowledgeable in shipping terms and local customs clearance
- Able to travel within Malaysia and internationally when required
