• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in FMCG, Logistics, Warehousing, or other related fields
• Ability to multi-task and work in teams, collaborating with various departments, excellent communication skills
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
• Willing to work in Pandan Indah Industrial Park, Kuala Lumpur
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm; Saturday 8.00am to 1.00pm

• Monitoring stock movements, conducting regular inventory audits, and managing inventory turnover
• Managing daily warehouse activities such as picking, packing, and shipping orders
• Coordinating transportation and logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective distribution of products
• Route planning, managing transportation, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Analysing sales data and market trends to predict future demand and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop accurate demand forecasts
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Supervising and training supply chain staff. This includes setting performance goals, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Monitoring and managing supply chain costs to meet budgetary targets. This includes analyzing cost drivers, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing cost control measures.
• Analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with supply chain operations.
