Our client is a well-established pharmaceutical company with huge footprint across the region, with their products well embedded into our daily life.

With the recent increase in demand locally/overseas, they are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join in their leadership team.

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be expected to have strong supply chain experience within the distribution segment. Among the many responsibilities some are listed below:

• Provide oversight & guidance to direct reports in carrying out daily operations including S&OP, Inbound management, Principal management, W&D and 3PL management.
• Understand and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) throughout the supply chain. Accountable for Supply Chain budget planning & execution.
• Standardise, document and implement end-to-end supply chain processes within the region from Sales & Operations Planning to customer delivery. Build data-centric decision making culture by ensuring right KPI\'s are being measured, monitored and actionable for continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic direction and operational supervision to sales support personnel responsible for customer service.
• Maintain strong working relationships & constant communication with outsourced support centre to ensure customer needs are met.

Work in a top tier company in the industry|Be in a position to drive growth, change management & continuous improvement

• Degree-qualified in any relevant field, eg. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics
• 10 years\' experience, with at least 3 years at middle or senior management level. Regional/ global exposure a plus
• Experience in various supply chain functions such as Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), 3PL, inventory management, import logistics, warehousing & distribution
• Open to new ideas, driving continuous improvement and challenging status quo.
• Analytical and data driven problem solving skill.
• Strong verbal and written communication: ability to simplify, synthesize and convince
