Job Description


Responsible for the full cycle supply chain management of finished goods, importation, exportation, order processing, customer service, inventory management, supply chain processes, third party logistic management and distribution to end customers. Provide share services to support renal service provider business in invoicing, purchase order and inventory management. Provides leadership in executing strategic plan drive change management and collaboration with Regional/Global to drive successful implementation in country. Responsible for leading and managing a high-performance culture in the function, managing a team of supply chain and customer service personnel who execute importation, exportation, order processing, customer service, third party logistic & distribution to end customers. Responsible for the execution of supply chain operation, importation, customer service, order processing, inventory management, supply chain processes, third party logistic management and distribution to end customers. Manage and lead continuous improvement initiative that optimize service levels, maximize sales & profitability and supporting dynamic business model and changing market conditions. In charge of daily operation tasks and work alongside with team member and be back up in making sure daily transaction is fully completed with high accuracy and good result. Support career development and skill development to ensure job satisfaction, retention and future talent development. Address low performer and re-development program with HR. Meet with suppliers/service providers to discuss issues and performance. Evaluate suppliers/service providers\' processes and partners with suppliers to establish best in class performance. Accountable for maximizing service level to provide best in class service in market and identifies service level issue and improvement to resolve service level issues. Lead and facilitate cross functional teams in support strategic initiatives both within supply chain organization and cross business units. Responsible and accountable to plan and meet financial budget of supply chin cost and KPls. Prepare report on supply chain monthly performance and establish action for improvement. Complying with local regulatory requirement on product, trade and compliance. Responsible for supply chain standard operating procedures (SOP) in Integrated Management System (IMS). Perform review and update SOP. Responsible and attending to internal & external audits. Review auditing findings and perform corrective action. Requirements: Master or Bachelor degree in economics, business, supply chain or related. Min 7 - 10 years\' experience in function of demand planning, inventory management, order processing, customer service, logistic management & distribution, with 2-3 experience managing a team ERP knowledge; SAP knowledge is an added advantage Knowledge/experience with Good Storage Practice by National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau of Ministry of Health & Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices is an added advantage Able to travel when necessary Ability to work in fast moving environment as priority change rapidly & meeting tight datelines Strong leadership skills and ability to coach or mentoring team members Confident and a problem solver
