About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Supply Chain Manager

to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is crucial in ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless material flow to support business objectives. Candidates with strong experience in contract manufacturing are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and supplier management. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and material planning to ensure supply continuity. Drive process improvements and cost reduction initiatives with cross-functional teams. Ensure supplier performance meets company standards (on-time delivery, quality compliance). Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, and cost savings. Lead supplier contract negotiations and risk mitigation strategies. Implement sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations. Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS). Ensure adherence to safety and company policies.

Requirements:

Mandarin speaker preferred 8-15 years of supply chain experience (preferably in contract manufacturing, but not compulsory) Strong leadership, negotiation, and supplier management skills Knowledge of QMS, process optimization, and continuous improvement
