Min 2 year\'s working experience in Aircraft engine overhaul industry or related industries Familiar with OASIS SAP system Good in excel skills Moderate command of written and spoken English Passionate working in a Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Shop Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to start in short notice Only open for Malaysian nationality KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Extract reports from SAP system and produce routine reports. Run and review and report out late OV (outside vendor) engine repair parts/ after G1 close Run SAP report and update master OV Purchase order Tracker. To update quote for outside vendor (OV) repair parts in SAP system. Validating vendor\'s information on quotation vs OV repair PO is tally. Perform scrap transaction in SAP system. Submit related workflow to obtain customer\'s approval for Deviation to Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (DICA) and Departure Records (DR). Rectify commercial quarantine related issues in receiving (for OV PO and purchase PO). Update part status in MRO Fulfillment operations Advisor (MOA). Propose the USM or COP in Smart sheet due to OV delay as directed by Team Lead. Respond to Finance inquiry on PO Service Entry Sheet or invoice value discrepancy. Assist planner/ buyer in administrative and data entry. Manage scrap report to Customer support team. Support administrative request related to OV engine repair part such as scrap %, scrap tag, airworthiness released certificate and so on. Perform vendor set up in SAP system. Support Leaders as required.
