Job Description

• This role is responsible to design end-to-end supply chain for new vehicle projects in ASEAN>
• This role is required to travel frequently within Malaysia and ASEAN countries.

• Lead the Supply Chain new projects.
• Accountable for all Supply Chain design figures communicated outside Supply Chain Division (cost/solutions)
• Ensure supply chain organization with right skills for new program launches - Includes skill teams (internal or outsourced team)
• Accountable to achieve the project launch in line with technical, economical & planning targets:
• Design & continuously improve SC Program management standards (Milestone deliverables) in alignment with project, key stake holders, and corporate team.
• Animation of meetings within supply chain direction for key topics per project - Review, direct, assist, escalate, resolve on time the key issues working with partners.
• Regular update supply chain head/direction, partners through executive summary on progress of key supply chain topics

• Bachelor in engineering/Supply Chain
• 5 years of experience in Supply Chain with automotive industry
• Good knowledge and Excel (Formula, Pivot Table, Formatting)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suit Software (PPT, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain end-to-end (engineering and operations) such as MRP systems, part by part procurement, international logistics, warehousing, kitting, RFQ process.
• Knowledge of SAP would be added advantage.
