Position: Commercial Officer [Supply Chain]

Company Industry: Construction

Working Duration: 3 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Temporary, extension is possible)

Working Location: Lot 6 Jalan Teknologi Taman Sains Selangor 1, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: Basic up to RM3000 (Based on qualification + experience) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement

Job responsibilities

You will support Operations team in the performance of commercial related matters not limited to the followings:

• You will manage all aspects of the commercial process from initial contact to sales \'close\' for selected projects determined either by revenue size, client type, project type, tasks include
• You enter orders after material list was handed by engineering
• You ensure sales are recorded and monitored in line with agreed processes
• You ensure invoice are recorded and billed accordingly and in a timely way
• You manage ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• You have good customer service and ensure all project inquiries being handled in timely manner and effective way.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Finance or supply chain or quantity surveying
• Minimum 2 years\' hands-on experience on commercial/ invoicing/logistics
• Proficiency in Excel and IT system
• Able to work independently and as a team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment\xc2\xb7
• Hands-on mentality and engaged personality, confident attitude\xc2\xb7
• Ability to work in a MNC environment and working with external stakeholders\xc2\xb7
• Resilient, attention to details, strong problem solving & analytical skills and strong drive to succeed\xc2\xb7
• Good proficiency in English. Mandarin will be an advantage\xc2\xb7
• Able to commence within 1 month
