Supply Chain Officer
Job Description
\xef\xbb\xbfs: Responsible for sourcing, selecting & negotiation with supplier/ vendors to constantly strive for best pricing, delivery and payment term. Issue PO to supplier/ vendor. Monitor and expedite outstanding order and delivery schedule. Liaise & communicate extensively with supplier on procurement matter. Liaise with freight forwarder on shipping & transporter matter with regards to import shipment. Prepare RFQ for bid proposals and completed within the desired time-frame Handling inventory and warehouse activities for all branch plant (Pg, KL JB).Job Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in supply chain management software and Google Suite . Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Strong organizational and time management skills.Sub Specialization : Supply Chain & Logistics;Others
