\xef\xbb\xbfs:\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for sourcing, selecting & negotiation with supplier/ vendors to constantly strive for best pricing, delivery and payment term.\xe2\x97\x8f Issue PO to supplier/ vendor.\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor and expedite outstanding order and delivery schedule.\xe2\x97\x8f Liaise & communicate extensively with supplier on procurement matter.\xe2\x97\x8f Liaise with freight forwarder on shipping & transporter matter with regards to import shipment.\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare RFQ for bid proposals and completed within the desired time-frame\xe2\x97\x8f Handling inventory and warehouse activities for all branch plant (Pg, KL JB).Job Qualifications :\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.\xe2\x97\x8f 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles.\xe2\x97\x8f Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in supply chain management software and Google Suite .\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with data analysis and reporting.\xe2\x97\x8f Strong organizational and time management skills.Sub Specialization : Supply Chain & Logistics;Others
