Supply Chain Performance Leader (automotive)

Job Description
- This role is responsible for optimize supply chain processes, drive continuous improvement, and achieve strategic performance goals.
- Conduct end-to-end analysis of Supply Chain procedures and processes.
- Define SPW deployment as well as process improvement plan (planning, action plans, process & result KPIs, etc).
- Initiate improvement projects, take necessary actions, and report progress/results to management.
- Analyze root causes of waste/problems and drive process improvement and simplification.
- Lead, follow-up or facilitate progress of action plans.
- Formalize best practices and establish new standards/processes.
- Train and coach local teams in adopting continuous improvement mindset and implementing new processes and principles/methods/tools.
- Conduct audits to ensure implementation and application of fundamentals
- Support supply chain team in various projects including vehicle launches, IT, packaging, internal logistics engineering, upstream flows, etc.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 5~8 years\' experience in Supply Chain (Engineering & Operation), and preferably in Automotive Industry
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain principles and processes
- Proficiency in the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Hands-on experience in Power BI would be a plus.
- Experience with SAP modules (MM, WM) would be a plus.
