Fixed Term Contract

Job Purpose:


Under general supervision, plans, coordinates and schedules the requisitioning and manufacturing of parts and components required for the assembly of finished products for an assigned product line.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Execute MPS Review new orders and bookings daily Execute Purchase Orders for material procurement Generate and Maintain Foundry/CM Schedules Generate and maintain accurate Customer OTD (on time delivery) Measure and Monitor OTD Measure and monitor late backlog Maintain master data - planning

Additional:

ISO Maintenance Sap Maintenance Ad Hoc Tasks as agreed with Planning Manager

Key Competencies Required:


Strong planning and organisational skills. Strong Analytical skills. Effective communication skills Ability to work within a team environment Ability to work on own initiative. Thorough working knowledge of MRP (inputs, logic and outputs) within an ERP system Good Spoken and Written English

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience in Production Planning and Vendor Scheduling * Minimum 3 years experience working with an ERP system.
