Conduct weekly stock counts and reconcile items in the system, including those with complex batch tracking
Act as the main point of contact for product lifecycle management.
Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders as part of executing the purchasing plan.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate order quantities, balancing service levels, inventory, and cost.
Manage a mid-sized product portfolio and oversee inventory to meet customer needs through S&OP and capacity planning.
Collaborate daily with internal teams, warehouses, and external suppliers to support operations.
Take part in continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on business impact.
Support and execute ad hoc supply chain projects as needed.
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or equivalent
3-4 years working experience in Supply Chain or Material Planning on lot managed fields.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous and able to work independently and under pressure.
