This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end planning activities that align with the company\'s supply chain optimisation projects, including production and material planning functions.

• Lead end-to-end planning activities for supply chain optimisation projects
• Support effective supply chain planning processes
• Achieve an optimal balance between production scheduling, material lead times, and finished goods readiness

What you\'ll do:As a Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end planning activities that align with the company\'s supply chain optimisation projects. You will be responsible for implementing planning systems, coordinating raw material supplies, tracking RCCP alignment with production assets, and developing effective inventory management strategies. Your ability to liaise effectively with various internal stakeholders will be crucial in achieving an optimal balance between cost and inventory holding for raw materials and finished goods.

• Implement planning systems and liaise with various internal stakeholders to improve balance between cost and inventory holding for raw materials and finished goods
• Act as the liaison between commercial and manufacturing operations teams in aligning raw material lead times and readiness
• Ensure key KPIs under OTIF, inventory turnover and SLOB are met
• Drive planning production activities with PICs to mitigate unplanned downtime in production
• Lead in planning and executing supply chain optimisation projects
• Coordinate and allocate raw material supplies to each business unit
• Track and ensure RCCP is in line with production assets
• Identify and implement Supply Chain Planning opportunities to smoothen overall supply chain activities
• Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies

What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Supply Chain Planning Manager role brings a solid background in Production and Material Planning activities. With over eight years\' experience in Supply Chain Management or related fields, you have strong communication skills that support local and regional counterparts. Your high level of accountability, ownership, organisation skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and integrity will be key to managing regional stakeholders and meeting the company\'s production needs.

• Degree in Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering or any related field
• Over eight years\' working experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning or any related fields
• Strong communication skills that support local and regional counterparts
• High accountability and ownership to drive closure of action items
• Experience in using and implementing ERP systems
• Highly organised, process driven and analytical problem-solving skills
• Positive approach, self-motivated, team player mentality, high level of integrity
