Job Description

This role is responsible to create and administer detailed project plans within Interiors Supply Chain that integrates the Management System, Global Supply Chain, and Interiors Management Systems to support the overall requirements of various Supply Chain Risk Mitigation projects.

• Supplier management support for domestic and international programs
• Work closely with team of Supply Chain, Materials Management, Commodity Management and Procurement professionals
• Support bid and proposal activities
• Conduct supplier negotiations.
• Serve as a contact for supply chain strategies and supplier capabilities, goals, and objectives
• Supplier performance management for conformance to contract scope of work, schedule and cost
• Brief leadership and program team on supplier performance and program status, support decision point reviews.
• Visit suppliers to conduct program reviews and audits to insure supplier is managing the program to meet the requirements and schedules.

• Bachelor\'s degree in business/Supply Chain or any other related studies.
• Min 5 years\' experience in related to supply chain. Finance, business strategy.
• Project management and supplier management at a global level.
• Excellent communication skill and stakeholder management
• Good in presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of supply chain, vendor management, risk assessment & performance management

Our client is one of the leading manufacturing companies which offerings Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Services to both military and commercial aviation sectors.

At present, they are in search of a Supply Chain Project Manager with a strong supplier project management. This role is working in a remote capacity in Penang/Northern area in Malaysia and required to be on-site whenever necessary.
